This letter on the right side of this webpage about global change management was authored in the years 2016 -2018 and posted at this webpage by Birgitte Bang, who do not believe in war and who against her will has been denied any official power or influence in many steps of the Danish society since - but recieved great terror, which is totally out of line with any values she is brought up with and acustomed to.

I am aware of the resistance against changes and leadership. I have written books about the subject, and it is not dangerous and people need to relax - It cannot be true that people prefer global war above global books about scientific change management and more.

But in these for Birgitte Bang years of horror since year 2015 she was recently appointed and elected as an entrusted delegate for the owners of the insurance company LB Foreningen, Runa Forsikring from year 2022 to 2026

and she was given an appreciation from InterForce 7th of April 2022 - it is the way forward

They wanted in year 1943 to create a good future model of a social system, and publishing this wish on this webpage in year 2018 has among others brought changes to societies. But I do not believe in war and I do not agree in all actions taken against me. I believe a functional model of a social system adjusted to the Climate challenges we face has to be found in order to leave an useful and wonderful world to our children.

About change management

I have as author written books about change management. I am obliged to do something due to the quality of my education and knowledge. Many Danes have supported me and indeed the femals. It is important, that we femals support one another. All my books are dedicated to women, because I would like all femals in the entire world to stand together to prevent more wars. My last two books ”Den spanske danser” and ”Battle of the Climate” contain options from the world of ideas - tools, theories and knowledge, which can support the recognition and to prevent more wars and a deterioration of our Climate.

As author I would like to draw attention to the options in my lyrics, meaning that we can turn a crisis into something good. We have been close to an outbreak of war in East, it still smolders in Ukraine, and a civil war is going on in the south that causes refugees to flee north, which have been a challenge for the entire Europe - and much have changed the past few years.

Only those who has tried war can remember and understand war. In Denmark many have been spared, we live in a comforting society in healty families and we do not have any memory, recurrence or knowledge about war  - even though we Danes in many years have been involved in war. But it is important that Danes understand the war and the responsibility we have taken as a nation, because this way we rediscover humanity and we learn to build positive issues together.

We deal with indifference as Stéphane Hessel the last living person who participated in the drafting of the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights believes. He writes indifference is the worst challenge to prevent a gathering of people around a common task - to solve the Climate, which is a leadership task.

The Declaration of Human Rights were adopted on December 10, year 1948, as a result of Hitler's inhumane and violent leadership style - but human beings forget and many people have not experienced the violence and atrocities that were perpetrated during World War II. Violence is not the way forward, violence eliminates trust.

Stéphane Hessel wrote in year 2011 a small pamphlet with the title "Rebellion", where he argues the reason for a non violent rebillion. He states that the beginning after World War II was noble thoughts about justice created in year 1943, where the germ of the exsisting French social system was established by representatives of eight major resistance movements against Hitler's inhuman regime.

They wanted in year 1943 to create a good future model of a social system, and I encourage everybody with all the trust, confidence and all the cooperative abilities we Danes pocess- if we could do that  - if we could help other nations  - by providing them with solutions of a good model of a social system adjusted to the Climate challenges we face? - Because it is about to be last call - if we are to leave an useful and wonderful world to our children.

Stéphane Hessel supports Edgar Morin and argues for a change of everything, and he mentions rigid bureaucratic administrations and institutions, the economy, markets, distribution, our food intake and consumer behavior.
